NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated June 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2010-CA-005685, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-HE3, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff, and PATRICIA SAA A/K/A PATRICIA SAN, MARCELO LAFERTTE A/K/A MARCCIO LAFERTTE, ABEL SIERRA AND RIVER REACH SINGLE FAMILY ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at the First Floor Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 on the 3rd day of August, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 109, RIVER REACH SUBDIVISION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 23 THROUGH 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 2548 River Reach Drive, Naples, FL 34104.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
