NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2011 and entered in Case No: 11-2008-CA-003241 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff and ANGELA M. PALMER, ET. AL., the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at the Atrium on the first floor in the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on the 1 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 906, FALLING WATERS BEACH RESORT II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2382, PAGES 1902 THROUGH 2020, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
