Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of July, 2011 and entered in CASE NO.: 1004123CC, of the County Court in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein Greenlinks II Condominium Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Steve Licciardello and Unknown Spouse of Steve Licciardello n/k/a Luisa Licciardello are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 3rd day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 1521, GREENLINK II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2887, AT PAGE 2138, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
