NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 5, 2011, and entered in Case No 08-CA-050258, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, bank of america, n.a.. is Plaintiff and michael d. kelly; sylvia c. kelly aka sylvia s. kelly; et al, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on this 3 day of August, 2011 Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 17 and 18, in block 1698, of unit 64, cape coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 21, at page 82 through 95, inclusive, of the public records of lee county, florida, and a portion of the vacant alley as described in o.r. book 3314, page 3872.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
