Lot 58, Kreamers Avocado, Unit III, (unrecorded) more particularly described as follows: The East 100 feet of the West 611.75 feet of the South 223 feet of the North 669 feet of the North-West Quarter of the North-West Quarter of Section 9, Township 44 South, Range 22 East, Lee County, Florida.
at public sale, in the presence of the Plaintiff, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on the 28 day of July, 2011, at 9:00 a.m., pursuant to the terms of the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
