NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 29 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-ca-062735, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein suntrust mortgage, inc. is the Plaintiff and mildred perez; unknown spouse of mildred perez; unknown tenant (S); john doe; jane doe as unknown Tenant (S) in possession of the subject property are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 1 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 41, western acres, an unrecorded subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the office of the clerk of the circuit court, recorded in o.r. book 596, page 573, public records of lee county, florida.together with that certain 1972 natl doublewide mobile home identified by vin numbers; gb31m013033a and gb31m013033b.
