NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 27, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-063566 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 27 day of July, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
condominium unit no.248 in building no.2, of cobblestone on the lake condominium, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official clerks file number 2006000430705, of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
