NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed June 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-067018 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for the Certificate Holders Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc. Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-AHL3, is the Plaintiff and Frank E. Gamm, Phyllis J. Gamm, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , at 9:00am on the 29 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
all that parcel of land in lee county, state of florida, as more fully described in deed book 03431, page 2135, iD# 03-44-24-04-00000.0030, being known and designated as. from the southeast corner of the west half (W∏) of the southeast quarter (se 1/4) of the southwest quarter (SW 1/4) of section 3, township 44 south, range 24 east, run west along the south line of said section for 127 feet; thence run north parallel to the east liner of said fraction of section for 193 feet along the east side of a street 50 feet wide to the point of beginning of the property hereby conveyed. from said point beginning continue north on the same course for 80 feet; thence east parallel to said south line of said section 3 for 127 feet; thence south parallel to said street for 80 feet; thence west parallel to said section line 127 feet to the point of beginning. said property also known as being lot 3 of belle aire lagoo, as per map or plat thereof recorded in plat book 9, page 72 in the public records of lee county, florida.
