BURKE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL T. BURKE N/K/A TERESA BURKE; TARPON LANDINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 29 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 403, BUILDING 1, TARPON LANDINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED AS OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2006000343856, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCE THERETO.
