NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed June 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-064736, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and LEROY F. BISHOP; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEROY F. BISHOP IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SUNTRUST BANK; COLONIAL COUNTRY CLUB OF LEE COUNTY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; GARDEN LAKES AT COLONIAL SECTION IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 29 day of July, 2011, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 9:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1403, BUILDING 14, PHASE 4, GARDEN LAKES AT COLONIAL SECTION IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4495, PAGE 617, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4567, PAGE 2837, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4605, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
