NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed June 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2009-CA-054471, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2006RZ3 is Plaintiff, and LESLIE ROBINSON is Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 1 day of August, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 25 AND 26, BLOCK 603, UNIT 21, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 149 THROUGH 173, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This property is located at the Street address of: 1428 SOUTHEAST 28TH TERRACE, CAPE CORAL, FL 33904.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
