NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed June 29, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 09-CA-067332 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and FRED W. LEPLEY A/K/A FRED LEPLEY; TERRI S. LEPLEY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 29 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE NORTH HALF OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTH 580.6 FEET OF THE EAST HALF OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, EXCEPTING THEREOUT AND THEREOF FROM THE SOUTH 60 FEET AND THE EAST 30 FEET FOR ROAD PURPOSES.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
