Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 15th day of October, 2010, and entered in Case No. 10-ca-053297 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the bank of new york mellon f/k/a the bank of new york, as successor in interest to jpmorgan chase bank, n.a., as trustee of the structured asset mortgage investments ii, inc., bear stearns alt-a trust 2005-7, mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2005-7 is the Plaintiff and raymond burton; unknown spouse of raymond burton if any; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(S) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; sunny palms condominium association, inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for gmac mortgage corporation dba ditech.com; john doe and jane doe as unknown tenants in possession are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26th day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgmen of Foreclosure, to-wit:
unit 7, sunny palms condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, recorded in the official records book 1828, page 2760, and as amended, in the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
