Final Judgment was awarded on June 28, 2011 in Civil Case No. 362008CA053165 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein us bank national association, as trustee for the structured asset investment loan trust, 2006-4 is the Plaintiff, and, marcin buch; grazyna buch; bellasol condominium 5 association, inc.; and unknown tenant(S) in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on July 28, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 2213, Building 22, Bellasol Condominium 5, Phase V, Together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded by instrument number 2005000107496, as amended from time to time, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
