NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 6 day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-ca-056744, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein aurora loan services, llc is the Plaintiff and robert lee hagland; mortgage electronic registration systems, incorporated as nominee for greenpoint mortgage funding, inc.; unknown tenant (S) in possession of the subject property are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lots 18 and 19, block 2678, cape coral, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 16, pages 87 through 99, inclusive, of the public records of lee county, florida.
