NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 6 day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-68209, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N. A., AS TRUSTEE OF THE DEUTSCHE ALT-A MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-OA3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and NATHANIEL S. MERRICK A/K/A NATHAN S. MERRICK; JAMES D. NEAL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; STONEYBROOK, A GOLF COURSE COMMUNITY OF FORT MYERS, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NATHANIEL S. MERRICK A/K/A NATHAN S. MERRICK; N/K/A NATHAN S. MERRICK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES D. NEAL; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 22 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
