NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Florida Statute §715.109, Gateway MHP, Ltd., d/b/a Gateway Mobile Home Park will offer for public sale the following:
1980 “PALM” Mobile Home,
Title #17026673 and VIN #16252
And on the 9th day of August, 2011, at 102 102nd Terrace N., Lot 326, St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon after as possible, the landlord will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” the aforesaid personal property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to ownership rights, liens and security interests which have priority by law, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs of storage, advertising and sale, due and owing the landlord. The name and address of the former tenant is Jeffery Lynn Kibbey, 102 102nd Terrace N., Lot 326, St. Petersburg, FL 33716.
