NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 7, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 09-CA-068226 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DONALD HALL; PETRA HALL; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JOHN DOE N/K/A ROBERT BOYE; JANE DOE N/K/A JENNIFER SLAWSKI are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 8 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 9, BLOCK “X”, WHISKEY CREEK CLUB ESTATES, UNIT SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
