YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a Condominium Association assessment Claim of Lien on the following property owned by you and located in Lee County, Florida:
Unit B-1 of Lochmoor Villas Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1520, Page 287, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.

has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Diane M. Simons-Burnside, Esquire, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is Condo & HOA Law Group, LLC, 2030 McGregor Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33901 on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
