ELLSPERMANN, as Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5 day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment entered January 15, 2010, to-wit:
lot 3, block 58, unit 7 section 13, township 45 south, range 26 east, lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 15, page 99, public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
