NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed July 7, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-012241 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein the bank of new york trust company, n.a. as successor to jpmorgan chase bank n.a. as trustee, is Plaintiff, and maria mata a/k/a Maria C. Mata, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 8 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
unit no.6, of building no.10, 012, of arbor lake condominium no.2, according to the declaration of condominium recorded on january 30, 1985, in official records book 1765, page 4673 thru 4744, as amended, of the public records of lee county, florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
