NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 7, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-018368 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein national city mortgage co.. is the Plaintiff and christopher camacho; josef schoenhaerl; elisabeth schoenhaerl; miohara camacho a/k/a michara camacho; wet checks unlimited, llc; s & H land survey co., inc. a/k/a s & h land survey company, inc.; jose's framing & construction, llc.; southwest structural systems acquisition corp. a/k/a southwest structural acquisition corporation, inc. d/b/a southwest structural systems inc.,., and donald l. allen general contractor, inc. a/k/a donald allen general contractors, inc are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 8 day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 16 block 23 unit 6 section 29 township 44 south range 27 east lehigh acres according to the map of plat thereof on file in the office of the clerk of the circuit court as recorded in deed book 254 page 20 and in plat book 15 page 44 of the public records of lee county florida.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
