NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 7, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-ca-017980 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein national city mortgage co., is the Plaintiff and anthony costa, unknown spouse of anthony costa n/k/a emma costa, botanica lakes homeowners association, inc., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 8 day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 138, botanica lakes -plat one, according to the plat thereof, as recorded under instrument no. 2006000244697 of lee county, florida.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
