NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 7, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-058026 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Richard J. Perry are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on August 8, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
unit 15-104, matera i at vasari, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in o.r. book 4445, page 3769 through 3846, inclusive, as amended from time to time, of the public records of lee county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
