NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 12, 2010, and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 6, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-054135 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and greg severs a/k/a gregory d. severs; janice severs; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(S) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantee or other claimants; john doe N/K/A ROBERT GACAD AND JANE DOE N/K/A CHARLOTTE GACAD, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 4 day of August, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 52 AND 53, BLOCK 4830, UNIT 71, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 88 THROUGH 107, INCLUSIVE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
