NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 7, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-53999 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association As Trustee For The Certificateholders Of Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-AMC1, is the Plaintiff and Travis Wooten, Jane Doe nka Jessica Gutierrez, John Doe nka Christopher Reese, Unknown Spouse of Travis Wooten nka Karie Wooten, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 8 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
