NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure Dated November 12, 2010, and entered in case no. 522010CA005213 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND is the Plaintiff and ISMET RAMIC, SUADA RAMIC and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendants, Ken Burke will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash are held online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, AND KNOWN AS: BEING LOT NUMBER 30 IN GANDY HIGHWAY SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN IN THE RECORDED PLAT/MAP THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 9 PAGE 6 OF THE PINELLAS COUNTY RECORDS.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
