NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed the February 19, 2009 and an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed this 8 day of July 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-019123, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein aurora loan services, llc is the Plaintiff and norberto marquez; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for first magnus financial corporation, an arizona corporation; jane doe; john doe; unknown spouse of norberto marquez n/k/a “refused name”, john doe; jane doe as unknown tenant (S)in possession of the subject property are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 8 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lots 3 and 4, block 3258, unit 66, of cape coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 22, pages 2 through 26, inclusive, of the public records of lee county, florida
