NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 11, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2008-CA-051083 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and ETHEL BYERS; RONALD BYERS; SUNTRUST BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A JON MCDANIEL; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 10 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
