NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 11, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-054213 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables, LLC 2005-FR4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-FR4, is the Plaintiff and Alexander Castro, Miramar Arms Condominium Association, Inc., Unknown Spouse of Alexander Castro n/k/a Mary Sol Castro, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 25 day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
