NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 12, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-055925 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-AR29, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR29 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated September 1, 2006, is the Plaintiff and Nicholas C. Gallant, City of Fort Myers, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Market Street Mortgage Corporation, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 11 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
the southeasterly 48 feet of the following described lands: beginning at the intersection of second and hough streets on the easterly side of hough street and on the southerly side of second street and running southerly on the east side of hough street for 210 feet; thence easterly and parallel with second street for 75 feet; thence northerly and parallel with hough street for 210 feet; thence westerly and parallel with second street for 75 feet to the point of beginning. all lying and being in lee county, state of Florida. a/k/a block 15, of james evans homestead, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 1, page 623, as described in official records book 1273, at page 82, of the public records of lee county, florida. a/k/a 1715 hough st., fort myers, fl 33901-2509
