NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed July 13, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-59406 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein wells fargo bank, n.a. as successor by merger to wachovia bank, n.a. is Plaintiff and david p. smith aka david smith; barbara a. smith aka barbara smith; gulf harbour master association, inc.; tamarind cay condominium association, inc. successor by merger to tamarind cay section ii condominium association, inc.; united states of america; all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s), whether living or not, and whether said unknown parties claims as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or in any other capacity, claiming by, through under or against the named Defendant(s) are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the www.lee.realforeclose.com of the LEE County Courthouse, in LEE County, Florida, at 09:00 a.m., on the 12 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
