NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 18, 2011 and entered in CASE NO: 2009-ca-059780 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee, Florida wherein the bank of new york mellon trust company, national association fka the bank of new york trust company, n.a. as successor to jpmorgan chase bank n.a. as trustee for ramp 2006rs2, is the Plaintiff, and cynthia f. parker a/k/a cynthia parker, et al., are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on the 17th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
