Unit No. A-7, of LOCHMOOR VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Condominium Declaration thereof on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Official Record Book 1520, Page 287 and as amended in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Together with all appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration.
