Unit No. 11-101, Merano at The Colony, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 3386, Page 3649, and as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on August 11, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
