Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order filed July 12, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 08-ca-019080, in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, wherein the bank of new york mellon f/k/a the bank of new york, as trustee for the certificateholders cwalt, inc. alternative loan trust 2005-45 mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2005-45 is the Plaintiff, and douglas sumner, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
lots 36 and 37, block 212, cape coral subdivision, unit 2, part 3, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 11, page 37 through 41, of the public records of lee county, florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 11 day of August, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
