NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 12, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2008-CA-053351 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and REYNOLDS RODRIGUEZ, JR.; ANNA PEREZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A REYNOLDS RODRIGUEZ; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 11 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
