NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 12, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 08-CA-1013 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein INDYMAC BANK F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINA CARR; TENANT #1 N/K/A TAMARA RUARK; TENANT #2 N/K/A BRENCE RUARK are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 11 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
