NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 13 day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-025211, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein first horizon home loans, a division of first tennessee bank, na is the Plaintiff and randy d. strader a/k/a randy strader; keybank, na; suncoast schools federal credit union; richard w. brevoort, trustee of the surety trust; hannah s. strader a/k/a hannah strader; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 12 day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
