NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-063007, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JAMES E. HILL, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 12 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 7, HELFENSTEIN ESTATES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 40, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; RUN WEST 525 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LANDS HEREBY DESCRIBED; THENCE CONTINUE WEST 75 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0° 14' EAST 165 FEET; THENCE EAST 75 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0° 14' WEST 165 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THE SOUTHERLY 30 FEET RESERVED FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AND THE NORTHERLY 6 FEET RESERVED FOR UTILITIES. TOGETHER WITH PERPETUAL RIGHT OF INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS A 60 FOOT ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY RUNNING EAST TO THE DEDICATED ROADS OF HELFENSTEIN ESTATES. (KNOWN AS LOT 10 OF JARVIS UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
