NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 12 day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-23198, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein chase home finance, llc is the Plaintiff and WALTER ORTEGA; RIVERSIDE BANK OF THE GULF COAST; YOVANA ORTEGA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 11 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 85, UNIT 7, SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 76, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
