Myers, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at On Line Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 15th day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 2, block 13, unit 4, lehigh acres, section 21, township 44 south, range 27 east, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in deed book 254, page 65, public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
