NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 14, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-ca-062029, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. hsbc bank usa, national association, as trustee for the certificateholders for the mortgage pass-through certificates, mana series 2007-a3 is Plaintiff and nubia fernandez; unknown spouse of nubia fernandez if any; john doe; jane doe; Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Inc., as nominee for greenpoint mortgage funding, inc.; healthpark florida property owner's association, inc.; sail harbour at healthpark homeowners' sub-association, inc; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m., on the 12 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 1, in block 64, of sail harbour at healthpark, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in instrument number 2005000068039, of the public records of lee county, florida.
