NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed July 14, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-069303 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein R.G. Premier Bank of Puerto Rico, Plaintiff and Candance L. Hengel are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, August 22, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT C-301, OF PARADISE POINTE II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3952, PAGE 2689, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
