NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed July 14, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-ca-056582 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein deutsche bank national trust company as indenture trustee under the indenture relating to imh assets corp. collateralized asset-backed bonds, series 2004-10, is Plaintiff, and rebecca a. kotas a/k/a rebecca ann kotas a/k/a rebecca ann schuck, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 6, block e, bayshore estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 34,pages 140 and 141, in the public records of lee county, florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
