NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 8th day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 03-00905-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKERS TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE AND CUSTODIAN BY: SAXON MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. F/K/A MERITECH MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. AS THEIR ATTORNEY IN FACT is the Plaintiff and JASON HENSHAW; LISA M. HENSHAW; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 22, Township 24 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida, run S-89º30'11”-W, 700.93 feet along the North line of said Section 22 for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run S-00º08'41”-W, 309.08 feet; thence run S-89º35'28”-W, 148.37 feet; thence run N-00º08'41”-E, 308.85 feet to the North line of Section 22; thence run N-89º30'11”-E, along said North line, 148.37 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; SUBJECT TO right-of-way for LEMACK ROAD and SUBJECT TO an easement for ingress and egress over and across the East 20.00 feet thereof per O.R. Book 1986, Page 1525, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
