NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment dated July 11, 2011 and entered in Case No. 51 2010 CA 8165 WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in Suite 105, Civil Department of the Pasco County Courthouse, 7530 Little Road, through https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com/ at 11:00 a.m. on the 10th day of August, 2011; the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 'C' (RECREATION CENTER) AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF THE VILLAS AT IRONWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 140, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
“Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.”
