Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in this cause on April 27, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, which property is described as follows:
Units 3B and 3C, TWO RIVERS BUSINESS PARK, a Commercial Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in the Official Records Book 1824, Page 6097, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 31, Page 24, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on August 10, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., or as soon as possible thereafter. Foreclosure sales are conducted via Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
