A Tract of land lying in Section 11, Township 26 South, Range 19 East, PASCO County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Northeast corner of the stated Section 11, thence run West (assumed bearing) along the North boundary of the stated Section 11, a distance of 360.94 feet for a Point of Beginning. Thence South a distance of 359.45 feet; thence North 87º16'36” West a distance of 125.14 feet; thence North a distance of 353.50 feet; thence East a distance of 125.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
