LOT 71, BLOCK 8, NEW RIVER LAKES VILLAGES “B2” AND “D”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 105 THROUGH 115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5008 WHISTLING PINES COURT, WESLEY CHAPEL, FL 33545; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 18, 2011 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
